How to Make Perfect Green Tea

In a Pot:

1. Warm the Teapot with hot water & empty it.
2. Add freshly boiled water and let it cool.
3. Put in one Teabag for each person.
4. Infuse for 3-4 minutes before serving.

General Instructions:

Same tea can taste sweet, astringent, or bitter depending on the temperature of the water. Use water at 60°C for sweet tea, 80°C for astringent tea, and very hot water for bitter tea.
