Q: How to download the watch APP?

A: There is a QR code in the instruction manual. The mobile phone needs to download the APP and turn on the mobile phone positioning function. Open the connected Bluetooth watch in the app.

Q: Is the watch waterproof?

A: It is waterproof for daily life, no problem when you are exercising. (Please Note: Not supported for soaking in hot water, hot showers or steam.)

Q: Why does the pedometer not count the steps even though I have started to walk?

A: In order to reduce errors, smartwatches usually set the initial value to 10, and when we walk more than 10 steps, it will count the number of steps. The app will display the number of steps actually walked, counting from the 10th step.

Q: How to measure blood pressure?
